Welcome Back and Happy Birthday Grandma

Neal's mom returned Thursday from a three week trip to Louisianna to visit with Neal's older sister Lynetta.  We all missed her bunches so Friday night while we were watches Cory and Kristens sweet kids we decided to have a birthday/welcome back party for Grandma.  Emmy did all the decorations by herself.  She was so excited.  She made a big sign that said "Welcome Back Grandma"  It was super cute.  Her daddy had to help her hang it because it was HUGE.   I cooked a roast with potatoes, carrots and onions.  Paige ate her plate, Ethan's plate, and two more plates.  Not sure who they belonged to, but we're all family.  It was a blast and we're so happy to have her back home.

Grandma blew all the candles out.  They were arranged in a way that read 63, but Ally rearranged them before we realized it.

Parker at the party looking oh so cute and sweet.

After we ate, the kids were sent on a spy mission to rescue all the prisioners (stuffed animals and baby dolls) that were held hostage upstairsin Argentina (playroom) and Mexico (Emmy's room).  I had to include these pictures because they cracked me up.  They had to use flashlights only and they had to bring the hostages out in their backpacks.  Kyleigh didn't have a back pack so she stuck the prisioners in her spy belt.  How she even moved is beyond me.
Emmy had two backpacks and a purse full of prisioners.  They were really good spies.
