What's for Dinner?

Okay, I know I'm not the best cook in the world, but oh how I want to be. I would love to be just a little good. I watch the cooking shows, I read the cookbooks. I really do try, and to no avail. However, I do not think that I'm so bad that my child needs to come to the dinner table like this.

She was less than thrilled the other night with what we were having for dinner and refused to take off her helmet to come and eat. So in protest she just came to the table. She still didn't eat, but she was there.

She cracks me up. I bet if I smothered cheese on what I was serving she would have gobbled it up. She wouldn't be able to poop for a week, but she would have eaten.

Strawberry Festival

The community we live in had there 3rd annual Strawberry Festival two weeks ago and Emmy had to perform with her dance company at it. We love going because the kids get all kids of free stuff. Last year we even won a months worth of free gymnastic lessons. This year we got a ton of junk cool stuff for my kids to take home and throw in the floor. Happy day!

Ally was soo cute. She even had a photographer follow her around trying to take a picture of her, but I don't think she liked it and wouldn't smile for him. She saves her best smiles for her mama.
Parker was an angel, as usual. She stayed in the stroller the whole time. That never happens.
Charlsie was in heaven. He loves going places a getting brochures and other hand outs. He had enough mess to last him a good month.....that is until he goes to sleep and I throw it all away.

If you're wondering why I don't have any pics of Emmy, I mean after all we mainly went to see her perform, it's because her brilliant mother somehow managed to delete them off of the camera when I was trying to upload and blog. It's still a mystery to me how it happened. Man it's hard being a technology genius.
