Spending the Day At Pepa's

My kids love to go down to my parents house.  So when Emmy tracks out we try to go down once or twice and since she's tracked out now we went down on Tuesday.  My parents live in a very rural area and so Emmy and Charles Allen love to go "hunting" and ride on the Gator.  On this trip they went "hunting" in the backyard with the BB guns my parents got Emmy and Charles Allen for Charles Allen's birthday.  That was in November and this was the first time they got to shoot them because there daddy is such a grandma and he's terrified they'll get hurt.  But anyway, they had a blast and apparently Emmy is an expert marksman, she barely missed the target any.

I love the way Emmy is holding the gun on top of her shoulder.  It must have been the trick because she hit the target almost everytime.  Charle Allen was not so lucky.   He had a hard time hitting the target even when he was very close to it.

I love the way they both had to wear their camo gear. 

How bout how Charles Allen is holding his BB gun under his chin.  Talk about safety minded.  Maybe Neal has a point.

My dad is trying to help Charles Allen aim but he can't see the site for Charles-Allen's hair.  If Pepa had his way Charles-Allen's hair would have been shaved long ago.
